How much do you charge for a headshot session?
Individual professional headshot sessions start at $299/person. For companies and organizations, team headshots are quoted based on the number of employees, setup requirements, and level of retouching requested. Per-person rates are available and typically decrease as team size increases. For larger organizations, I can provide multiple shooting stations and additional photographers to keep the process efficient and consistent.
What forms of payment do you accept?
I accept e-transfer, debit, and major credit cards. Credit card payments are subject to a 2.5% processing fee charged by the payment processor.
Do you offer headshots, and where do they take place?
Yes. I specialize in on-location headshots, bringing a professional lighting setup and backdrop directly to your workplace or chosen environment. This approach is ideal for corporate teams, creating a consistent look while minimizing disruption to employees and operations. Individual headshots can be photographed in my home studio, while larger groups are typically photographed on-site for the most efficient and seamless experience.
What’s included in a session?
Every session includes guided posing, real‑time image review and approval via a tablet, professional lighting, fully edited images, and a private online gallery for viewing and downloading your photographs. Being able to see your images as we shoot allows you to adjust your pose or expression if desired, and ensures you can select the photos you like most.
